Main Contracting
Main contracting is our primary service and we are able to take on small to medium size projects. We have a vast amount of experience and have delivered a wide range of projects for multiple clients. These include new build, new extensions, refurbishments, through to minor works,building repairs and maintenance. We are able to take away the hassle and take full responsibility from initial concept to post completion. Our approach is to work closely with all parties ensuring the principal contractors role is fulfilled throughout
Sub Contract Trade Packages
Sub contract trade packages are a service we can provide with an extensive supply chain and direct trades people who work closely with us to ensure we deliver a first class service for our clients . We have worked with this team for a number of years and know that the competencies and service we provide is something we can be proud of. Reliability, experience and knowledge enables us to achieve great results. Services range from ground works through to internal finishing trades.
New Build Construction
Main contracting is our primary service and we are able to take on small to medium size projects. We have a vast amount of experience and have delivered a wide range of projects for multiple clients.
These include new build commercial projects through to new extensions of existing buildings. New build residential units, factory extensions, care homes and retail schemes. We specialise in all types of construction with experience across all sectors and industries
Refurbishment And Maintenance
We are able to complete refurbishment works from high end office conversions through to small maintenance works. We have completed several schemes for commercial clients from office re vamps for new tenants and then building repair and maintenance works. Recent schemes vary from full re fit out schemes and minor alterations for clients who wish to make business changes.
Project Management
Our project management team can facilitate a vast amount of requests and are able to manage, coordinate and communicate at all levels providing a first class service for our clients. We have completed many schemes on a consultancy only basis for clients wishing to adopt a construction management only solution for their project. A dynamic service which can be adapted to suit the clients requirements. Services range from planning support through to a full construction management discipline
Site Management
Our small team of site managers have a vast amount of experience with the technical knowledge and skill set to manage varied schemes for clients wishing to engage us on a construction management service only basis. This service comes with the support of an experienced contracts manager to support the site managers. We have completed many schemes with this procurement method with huge benefits for the clients. We can tailor the management proposal to suit the needs of the project. We pride ourselves on being diverse with the understanding that one size doesn’t fit all. Our operations director will support our site managers and provide this service should a client require such. Huge benefits can be realised through this service
Quantity Surveying
We offer a wide range of quantity surveying services consisting of preparation of cost plans, bill of quantities collation/ measurement, life cycle costings, value management, preliminary cost advice, procurement, contractual advice, tender submissions and ongoing project valuations and support throughout the construction process. Our service can include the full support throughout the project of support tailored to your needs
Support Services
We offer a support service for clients, designers, suppliers and subcontractors. During the formation of AMK construction solutions we quickly realised that there is a greater need for this service whereby businesses are for whatever reason unable to fulfill their obligations, whether this be time or a simple lack of experience.
Our services can offer support, advice and consultancy for clients wishing to engage with us to complete certain tasks required for their projects. This service can range from pre planning construction documents. programmes, health submission through to full services applications.
